Jessica Crumbaugh serves as Owner and Vice President of Allison James Estates & Homes, where she is redefining what modern brokerage leadership looks like.

Beginning her journey with Allison James in 2010 as a Licensed Realtor, Jessica quickly distinguished herself in land acquisition and investment, averaging nearly 1,000 land transactions per year through Sharp Landing LLC. Her strategic mindset and results-driven approach built a foundation not only for personal success, but for broader organizational impact.

Today, she channels that same drive into building a nationally recognized, agent-focused brokerage rooted in independence, innovation, and opportunity. Jessica is passionate about cultivating the right people — professionals who embody the values, culture, and long-term vision of Allison James.

Victoria Mudie COO

Victoria began her real estate career at a land acquisition company, gaining hands-on experience in transaction management, and the operational side of the business. She joined Allison James Estates & Homes in 2013 and has grown with the organization ever since.

Throughout her tenure, Victoria has held several key roles including Agent Relations Specialist, National Events Manager, and National Operations Manager. Her hands-on experience across multiple departments has given her a comprehensive understanding of brokerage operations, agent support, and systems optimization. Today, she serves as Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees company operations, supports brokerage growth, and helps drive innovation across the organization.
